Indooroopilly Head Spa Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Indooroopilly Head Spa. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or the full cost of the service.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Indooroopilly Head Spa maintains a strict no refund policy on all services, gift cards, and prepaid packages.
We do not offer refunds for:

Completed services

Missed or late appointments

Change of mind
-
Adverse reactions to treatments unless due to negligence

Or any other reasons
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please speak to a staff member before leaving the spa or contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a complimentary follow-up service or alternative resolution at our discretion.
3. Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages

Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Expiry dates are clearly stated and will not be extended.
4. Health and Safety

Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment.

Indooroopilly Head Spa reserves the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment is not suitable for your condition.

For the safety of all guests, we request that mobile phones be silenced during treatments.
5. Liability Disclaimer
By visiting Indooroopilly Head Spa, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk.
Indooroopilly Head Spa is not liable for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or health complications that may occur on the premises or as a result of services rendered, unless caused by proven negligence on the part of our staff.
We encourage all clients to disclose any relevant health issues prior to treatment and to exercise caution when moving about the spa facilities, including wet or slippery areas.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Indooroopilly Head Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or poses a risk to the health or safety of our staff or clients.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of booking and providing services. We will never share your information without your consent.
8. Changes to Terms
Indooroopilly Head Spa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
