Gift Cards purchased from Indooroopilly Head Spa are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Valid at Indooroopilly Head Spa and all Gold Class Head Spa locations. Not valid at Gold Class Nails salons, including locations that also offer Head Spa services.

Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Bookings are essential and are subject to availability.

Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the Gift Card value being forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Lost, stolen, or unauthorised Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

Any remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card until the expiry date.
